TERMS OF SALE:
All animals or products will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Animals or products will NOT be held for interested parties without partial payment down.
Animals and products are sold as is, with no guarantees not specifically agreed upon by all parties involved. All animals sold for meat will be sold live, then delivered to the butcher, where it will be picked up by the new owner. The buyer is responsible for all charges from the butcher, with no exceptions.
